8 mile Stake Center Loop today.  I was nervous to go that far today because yesterday was the first time in weeks that I went over 5 miles, but I felt great!  I really pushed it the last 2.5 miles. I was shooting for ten minute miles, but ended up averaging 8:48/mile.  Not bad for my first long run!  The new shoes felt great.
